Draw a squawk that squawks for the sheer love of squawking.

Roll it into bird-shape.

Dip it in a paintbox.

Set it loose in the trees.

  1. One of my colleagues often travels to South East Asia (his wife is from Thailand) and, being a birder, always brings his cameras and lenses with him. You can imagine photographs he makes there. Explosion of colours!

    1. Thanks for the link. It is an explosion of colours, yes – birds that seem unreal, they’re so bright.

  2. Adele, such wonderful birds! And so intelligent! I’ve always wanted to visit someplace that has them all flying free. The only ones I’ve ever seen are captives. It’s on my bucket list, still might get a chance!

    1. I’d definitely recommend Australia for that! I was only there for four days but saw a great variety of parrots.
