    1. Thanks Bridget. The hills of the North Downs are comprised of chalk, which supports abundant wildflowers. Most of them aren’t out yet but I’m enjoying the early arrivals!

  5. Spring is just great and ever since I moved to Canada, I started appreciating it even more.

    Not much greenery here at the moment, but we heard Yellow-rumped Warbler the other day. It’s coming 🙂

    1. It’s good to hear the spring migrants return. I’ve started hearing chiffchaffs (a small warbler) here. Looking forward to seeing the swallows and martins fly in.
